Blurb

The Queen of Reality TV meets the Kingpin of Porn

She’s trying to clean up her act.
He’s a purveyor of filth.
It will never work.
But don’t tell them that.

Dynassy Barnes isn’t known for her big heart.

She is, however, known for her heart-shaped ass and the millions of selfies she shares with her army of social media followers. So when she meets a handsome former SEAL, she thinks she may have scored a love connection in addition to a way to redeem her reputation with fans.

Bridger Thompson is a man of many secrets.

When an explosion in Iraq damaged his ability to satisfy his then-fiance, he never dreamed the machine he built to carry out his husbandly duties would turn into a business featuring women using it to satisfy themselves on camera. A business that could never be associated with The Barnes’ Family, the darlings of reality TV.

Despite Bridger’s concern his porn empire will destroy their relationship, Dynassy stirs a desire in him that he hasn’t felt in years, and he’s determined to make her his. Even though he fears he’ll never be able to love her the way she deserves.

For that he would need to become a MACHINE.

Review

Machine is a fabulously fun book with a unique storyline and intriguing characters. It's set in the world of a family made famous by reality TV. It was a fascinating insight into celebrity lifestyles and it was very entertaining. I really enjoy this author's style of writing, it's easy to read and her characters are larger than life. This story is about a veteran who was wounded in Iraq, and his specific injuries aren't something I've seen featured in a romance before so this was really interesting to read about.

When Bridger was injured he invented a machine to satisfy the sexual urges of his then fiancé. After the relationship ended a friend convinced him to use the machine to create adult movies. When he meets reality TV star Dynassy Barnes he feels desire like he hasn't felt for years. As the two grow closer, he keeps his porn empire secret from Dynassy - what will happen to their relationship if she finds out?

I initially found Dynassy a bit spoilt and annoying, but she grew on me and I ended up really liking her. I absolutely loved Bridger, he was a great character. Together they made an interesting couple, they were total opposites yet their relationship worked well. They also had great chemistry and their sex scenes were hot, hot, hot. Overall I enjoyed this book so it gets four out of five stars.

I received an ARC of this book for review purposes.
