Review

Bound to be a Groom is completely different to anything I've read before, and it was different in a surprisingly good way.  It stars two women and two men who all fall deeply in love. Add to that one of the heroines and one of the heroes are dominants, with the other pair being their submissives.  All of this is enough to make this book stand out from the crowd, but when you add in the fact that it is set in the Regency era you have a fabulously unique book.  The heat levels in this book are off the scale, you will need to fan yourself down.  But there is much more to this book than kinky sex, there is real love and emotion between this foursome.  In a time where being gay or bisexual is frowned on, this bunch of characters are brave enough to risk it all for the chance of love and the chance to truly be themselves.

I really liked all of the characters in this book, but the star of the show for me has to be Sebastian.  He is just so sweet and charming, he will truly do anything to please those he loves. Farleigh was swoon worthy too - he's dominant, sexy, protective, I loved him. The one character I did initially struggle to connect with was Anna. She came across as quite cold, but I soon realised that beneath the hard protective was a good woman who loved with all of her heart. The connections between these characters were strong, their relationship was unique and made for an intriguing read.  This is the first book I've read by this author, but I've already downloaded more of her books from this series as I really enjoyed this one.  Bound to be a Groom gets four out of five stars.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for a honest review.
