Erotic romance with BDSM elements
Reeling from a painful divorce, Charlie is starting over in a new city. With her confidence in pieces, the last thing she wants is a new man. But when she lands a lucrative contract with successful environmental corporation, Galloway Tech, new client Ian ignites desires that she’s never known before. Rich and powerful and used to getting his own way, Ian is determined to make Charlie his. With her job on the line, Charlie is torn. But a chance meeting gives her the push to embark on a journey of discovery; she will give Ian what he wants, but on her terms. If Ian wants Charlie he’s going to have to relinquish control. But can Charlie really keep this relationship the way she wants it? Who will call the shots as Charlie and Ian discover darker new desires? Will taking control finally set Charlie free?
I absolutely loved this book, it was extremely hot with strong characters and an intriguing storyline. The story flowed really well, it was fast moving and had me gripped from the first page. This is the first book in the Galloway Brothers series, and I would definitely read the other books in the series as I loved this one. From the glimpses we got of Ian's brothers in this book I can say that they are hot, hot, hot and are interesting characters, so I will be looking out for their books.
Charlie has gone through a rough divorce, has moved to a new city and has a great new job. But she is determined to have nothing to do with men - until she meets her powerful new client Ian Galloway. He wants Charlie but she will only have a relationship on her terms and Ian is going to have to give up control.
Ian is a dominant alpha male type character, but he willingly gives up control to Charlie. I love this twist to the usual BDSM storyline - it's so refreshing to have the alpha male in the submissive role. That's not to say that he didn't take the reins at times! The bedroom scenes were so hot, the BDSM elements were quite light and so well done. The dynamics between Charlie and Ian were fantastic, there was real chemistry between them. Tied Up is a brilliant book, I loved it and definitely give it five stars.
I received a copy of this book in exchange for a honest review.
