Finding Master Right by Sparrow Beckett
BDSM romance
5/5 stars

Blurb

Dominant, crop-wielding men are all Kate dreams about, but how far is she willing to go?

Kate wants a man who will take charge—she just needs to find the right guy. Fortunately, her friend is throwing a kinky Halloween party with a guest list loaded with sexy, available men. That’s where she meets Banner.

Dark and intense, Banner’s not just a Dominant, he’s a Master looking for a slave. Kate isn’t interested in something that extreme, but when he offers to help her find the perfect Dom, while training her to be a flawless submissive, she’s glad to have a matchmaker and protector.

Banner knows they’re not compatible, yet something about Kate is impossible to resist. Once he finds her the right Dom, will he be able let her go?

Review

Oh my, this is such a good book, I enjoyed it a lot. There are so many good points - the hero being the main one for me. I am totally in love with Banner - I think I'm going to have to make room for him on my favourite book boyfriends of 2015 list! Not only is he gorgeous and dominant, but he's also an all round good guy. Banner's relationship with his younger brother, Rook,  was so sweet and really heartwarming. Add in a likeable heroine in Kate, some interesting supporting characters, a good storyline, lots of extremely hot sex and plenty of love and emotion, and you have a must read book.

Kate is curious about the BDSM lifestyle so her best friend throws her a party to find her a Dom. Things don't go to plan, all she meets are creeps - until Banner arrives. After rescuing her from a persistent Dom, he offers to help her with her search. Banner and Kate have great chemistry but know that they are unsuitable for each other - Kate is inexperienced in the BDSM lifestyle and Banner is looking for a 24/7 slave. Kate has a lot of misconceptions about the lifestyle and can't imagine wanting to give up her freedom to be a slave. But as they get to know each other they find themselves wishing that their wishes for the future are more compatible.

Kate struggles to balance being a strong, independent woman with her need to submit - something I'm sure a lot of newcomers to BDSM can relate to. She hates the label 'slave' and the author shows us that every relationship is unique and we shouldn't be too fixated on names and labels. The scenes between Kate and Banner are great, they are so hot they could set your kindle on fire. I loved the connection between them - it wasn't just about lust, it went much deeper.

There are some great supporting characters here too - my favourite being Ambrose. I'm really hoping the author has a story lined up for him in the near future. Banner's little brother, Rook, was a great character too - he is a real sweetie.

Finding Master Right is a fantastic story, I highly recommend it. I couldn't put this book down - it's addictive! Finding Master Right is definitely worth five stars!

I received a copy of this book in exchange for a honest review.
